Don't Panic! You have options.

Since you are on this page you must have some problems that can seem huge. In some cases, they are, but in most cases not so much. Let’s break things down so you can figure out your options and make an informed decision.

What are my options?

First. Is your sewer line backed up? Have you tried all other options to clear the stoppage? Of course the normal way by using a snake to clear the stoppage.

What are my options for a Sewer Repair?

1Dig up the Entire Sewer Line and Replace it.
One option is to dig up the entire length of the sewer line and replace it with new pipe. This of course is the most radical option and creates the biggest mess. But it is also the best repair because we can get rid of all the old clay or cast-iron pipe, make sure we have the proper grade so the pipe drains properly and doesn't have any low spots or bellies for the solids to get caught in.
2Dig up the Entire Sewer Line and Replace it.
Another option, and we have located the problem area. Now we can dig up only enough to do the repair to the section of pipe that is affected. This is the most cost effective and causes the least amount of damage. The rest of the old pipe remains. If any other section should break it would have to be dug again.

Plungers work great for a toilet or a quick fix on a sink, but you aren’t calling us for a quick fix. You want your drains to be trouble free with no stoppages for years to come. If you have a problem drain, let us know. The more information you give us, the easier it is for us to determine the best course of action to deal with the different types of drain stoppages.

With real problem drains or drains that have roots in them we may suggest getting a Sewer Line or Drain line Video Inspection* or possibly use our Hydro-Jetting Service*.
